1 1/2 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
3/4 oz. charred black tea & pineapple gomme
Squeeze of lemon
Dash of bitters
Orange peel and pineapple slice (garnish)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake. Serve over fresh ice in a tall glass and garnish with an orange peel and pineapple slice. Serve.
