    • 1/2 oz. Ron Abuelo anejo rum
    • 1 oz. Sea Whyde Rum (smokey)
    • 1/2 oz. Benedictine
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed
    • 2 thyme sprigs, de-stemmed (muddle)
    • Thyme sprig (garnish)
Method:
Muddle the thyme. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
