    • 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 cup Swoon Sugar Free Syrup
    • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
    • Coconut oil
    • Vanilla beans or grated ginger, optional
Method:
1. Warm Swoon Sugar Free Syrup in microwave in a microwavable measuring cup.
2. Add 2 scoops of gelatin into the heated syrup and stir until gelatin is dissolved and well mixed.
3. Heat Passion Fruit Concentrate in a saucepan to steaming, not boil.
4. Once Passion Fruit Concentrate is steaming, pour into the mixture and stir well. Optional: Add vanilla beans or grated ginger to mixture.
5. Use an 8×8 oven pan or silicone mold. Brush or spray coconut oil onto the pan or mold, and pour mixture into it. Set aside for 1-2 hours for mixture to set if mixture is in mold and 2-3 hours if in pan. Cut into small squares if gummies is in oven pan.
Alternatives:
If using The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, use 1/4 cup of Swoon Sugar Free Syrup and 3/4 cup of Blood Orange Concentrate instead.
