| • | 1/4 oz. honey simple syrup |
| • | Honey crystal rimmer |

| 1. | Apply honey crystal to rim of martini glass and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients into a Boston Shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Serve. |
