| • | 1/4 oz. St. Germaine Liqueur |
| • | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 fresh lemon (for fresh lemon juice) |
| • | Sparkling wine |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients except sparking wine into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Serve. |
