Hot Tamarindo Margarita

    • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila Cazadores Blanco
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. agave nectar
    • 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 3 dashes Cajun pepper
    • salt for rimmer
Method:
1. Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain over fresh ice into rimmed glass. Garnish with a dash of Salt and Cajun Pepper. Serve.
