    • 2 oz. Thomas Tew Rum
    • 1 oz. prosecco
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. pineapple juice
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • lemon wheel and pineapple slice (garnish)
Method:
1. Shake all ingredients – except for the prosecco – with ice and strain over ice into highball glass. Top with the prosecco. Garnish with a lemon wheel and pineapple slice.
