    • 1 oz. Leblon Cachaça®
    • 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
    • 12 mint leaves
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. tonic
Method:
1. Combine Key Lime Concentrate, mint leaves and simply syrup then muddle in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add Cachaca, Apricot puree and cubed ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
3. Pour entire mixture in a high ball glass.
4. Top with tonic.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig and serve.
