Independence Punch Independence Punch Jonathan Pogash, The Cocktail Guru • 750 ml. bottle of Flor de Cana 7 yr old rum • 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed • 1/2 oz. of sparkling wine • 4 oz. fresh key lime juice • Raspberries and blueberries Method: 1. Add Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate and remaining ingredients to a punch bowl except for the wine. Add stir well with block ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and blueberries. Add the wine just before serving. Serve.
