Kiwi Sorbet Kiwi Sorbet 6 40 minutes • 6 oz. orange juice • 8 oz. granulated sugar • 20 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi, thawed Method: 1. Mix orange juice and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Remove pan from heat, stir in Kiwi puree and allow to cool to room temperature. 3. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
