    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Cazadores Blanco
    • 1/4 oz. Mezcal Blanco
    • 1/2 oz. agave nectar
    • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 3 dashes Tajin chili powder
    • 1 sprig epazote
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, add Prickly Pear Puree, Cazadores, epazote, lime juice, Tajin, Mezcal, agave nectar and ice. Shake 12 times and pour into a rocks glass with new ice and Tajin chili around the rim. Garnish with an epazote leaf. Serve.
