Light Chilled Raspberry Soup

5 Serving size: 1/2 cup

    • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry,  thawed
    • 8 oz. unsweetened apple juice, chilled
    • 4 oz. nonfat or 1% milk
    • fresh raspberries & mint sprigs for garnish
Method:
1. In a blender container or food processor bowl combine all ingredients except garnish on high speed. Pour into individual soup bowls or goblets.
2. Garnish with raspberries and mint sprigs.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve this light, easy soup as a first course or dessert in a warm-weather menu.
Flavor Twists:
You can also prepare this soup with Strawberry, Apricot, White Peach, or Blackberry.
