Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Bars

For the Crust:
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • Dash salt
For the Filling:
    • 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp. flour
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
For the Topping:
    • 3 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-by-9 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. To make the filling, mix sugar and Passion Fruit Concentrate, let stand for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to sugar and Passion Fruit mixture. Pour over cooled crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. In a bowl, mix topping ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled bars.
