Dijon mustard • 1/2 tsp. salt • 1 oz. canola oil (optional) Method: 1. Combine the water, starch, sugar, and honey in a small saucepan. Heat to a boil, whisking constantly. Pour pan contents into a stainless bowl and allow to cool. 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk thoroughly. Transfer the dressing to a covered container and refrigerate until use.
