Lychee Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Bacardi Limon
  • 1 ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. soda water
  • 5 mints leaves
  • 3 lime wedges – squeeze and drop
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig

Method:

  1. Combine mint leaves, lime, simple syrup, and Lychee puree, then muddle in a cocktail
  2. Add Bacardi Limon and shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
