    • 1 lt. Bacardi 8
    • 500 ml. Bacardi Black
    • 2 oz. Angostura Bitters
    • 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus Puree, thawed
    • 15 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 17 oz. simple syrup
    • 17 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 40 oz. non-filtered apple juice
    • 1 tsp. nutmeg powder
    • orange peel (garnish)
    • star anise (garnish)
Method:
1. Combine in a punch bowl. Add a small block of ice and serve over the rocks and garnish with orange peel and star anise.
