    • 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin Tangerine Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. Cherry Heering
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • fresh Thai basil leaf (for garnish)
Method:
1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain up in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh Thai basil leaf.
