Carlo Cavallo, Meritage Oyster Bar & Grille

    • 2 oz. Charbay Tequila
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon,  thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 lime squeezed for fresh lime juice
    • pineapple or blood orange slice for garnish
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a blood orange or pineapple slice. Serve.
