| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 tsp. Mole sauce |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 3 drops of sesame oil |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake and serve on the rocks. Garnish with toasted sesame powder rim, orange and lime peel. | |
