Moscow Mule

    • 1 large bar spoon The Perfect Purée Ginger,  thawed
    • 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
    • ice
    • Soda to fill
    • wide lime peel
Method:
1. In a pint shaker glass, add Ginger puree, Meyer Lemon Concentrate, simple syrup and swizzle with bar spoon to emulsify puree.
2. Add vodka and fill glass with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
4. Strain over fresh ice into large glass.
5. Top with soda and stir.
6. Garnish with wide lime peel.
