    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 2 oz. coconut milk
    • 1/2 oz The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. brown sugar syrup
    • coconut flakes
Method:
1. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled pina colada glass rimmed with toasted coconut flakes.
