The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed • 2 fresh basil leaves (muddle) • 2 tbsp. coconut milk • fresh basil sprig (garnish) Method: 1. In a shaker, muddle fresh basil. Add the Ginger and Pear Purees. Add whiskey and shake. Serve over ice In same shaker, add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and shake. Drizzle the coconut milk over drink and garnish with fresh basil sprig.
