    • 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s White label Scotch
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin Tangerine Concentrate,  thawed
    • 4 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
    • pinch of Togarashi
    • top with club soda
    • lemon peel (garnish)
    • mint sprig (garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass combine all ingredients with ice except club soda, shake vigorously and serve over the rocks and top with soda. Garnish with lemon peel and sprig of mint.
