    • 1 oz. Bacardi 8
    • 1/2 oz. DiSarono Amaretto
    • 1/2 oz. Cointreau Noir
    • 1/4 oz. Domain de Canton Ginger Liquor
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. lime sour
Method:
1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into highball glass. Layer with .5 oz Bacardi Select. Top with hibiscus-ginger guava foam. Garnish with sugar cane stick and lime twist and serve.
2. Foam: Combine 5 oz Domain de Canton Ginger Liquor, 5 oz Pasteurized Egg Whites, 4 oz Pink Guava Puree, 1 oz Hibiscus Syrup, and 1.5 oz Lime Juice. Shake before using.
