| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | Zest of 1/4 lemon |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add Yuzu Luxe Sour blend and Cognac, stir, fill glass with ice, stir. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve. |
