| • | 1 oz. lemon grass syrup |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 3 oz. club soda |

| In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients with ice except club soda, shake and serve over the rocks, top with club soda. Garnish with lemon grass and lemon. | |
