Passion Punch

1 drink

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. light rum
    • 3/4 oz. dark rum
    • Juice of a small lime
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • Crushed ice
Method:
1. Mix in a blender with 1 scoop crushed ice.
2. Pour into a highball glass; fill with fresh crushed ice.
3. Serve with a wedge of lime.
