Pear Noel1 drink Allison Evanow, Square One™ |
Ingredients for Pear Noel:
- 1 ½ oz. Square One™ Organic Vodka
- ½ oz. Tawny Port
- 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
- 1 ½ tsp. The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz. whipping cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp Cardamom
Method for Pear Noel:
1. Place cream, sugar, and 2 shakes Cardamom into a bowl. Whisk until thickened. Set aside.
2. Combine vodka, port, Pear Puree, Ginger Puree and bitters into a shaker. Dry shake ingredients (no ice) to blend. Pour into a cordial glass. Float 1-1 ½ oz. of Cardamom Cream on top. Serve.
