    • 2 oz. Square One™ Botanical Spirit
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Lavender Simple Syrup
    • Rosemary leaves striped from 2” sprig
    • 1 oz. lemon juice
    • 2 oz. soda water
Method:
Muddle rosemary leaves in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients except soda water. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over fresh ice in a glass and top with soda water. Serve.
