Pear-Sage Rickey

    • 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 oz. maple syrup
    • Soda water

Method:
1. Shake ingredients (except for soda water) very well with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top off with soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with pear slice and sage leaf.
