| • | 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/4 oz. maple syrup |
| • | Soda water |

| 1. | Shake ingredients (except for soda water) very well with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top off with soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with pear slice and sage leaf. |
