    • 1 1/4 oz. Tequila Blanco 100% blue agave
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. water
    • 1 1/2 oz. ginger beer
    • 2 lime wedges
Method:
1. Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer, add ice.
