The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed • lemonade to fill • long lemon twist (garnish) Method: 1. Add all ingredients except lemonade to mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously. In a Collins glass, add a long lemon twist around the inside of the glass and fill with ice to hold twist in place. Double strain into the lemon twist garnished glass and fill with lemonade.
