1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
1 1/2 oz. mezcal blanco
1/2 oz. orange curacao
1/2 oz. agave nectar
1/2 oz. egg white
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Method:
In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredient with ice and shake. Serve in a cocktail glass and garnish with cilantro.
