1 1/2 oz. Breckenridge Bourbon
1/3 oz. Napa Valley Distillery Ancho Chile Liqueur
1/4 oz. Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum
1/4 oz. five-spice syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and serve over the rocks. Garnish with Bourbon Glazed Dehydrated Grapefruit Wheel.
