Prickly Matador

1 drink

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear,  thawed
    • 1 oz. tequila
    • 1/2 oz. triple sec
    • 2 oz. pineapple juice
    • 5-6 oz.crushed ice
    • Fresh pineapple cut in 5″ sticks
Method:
1. Combine ingredients in blender and blend at high speed.
2. Pour into frozen 10 oz. wine glass and garnish with pineapple.
