Prickly Pear on Peyote Prickly Pear on Peyote 1 drink • 1 1/2 oz. Partida Silver Tequila • 3/4 oz. Sage Infused Simple Syrup • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed • 2 dashes Lime bitters • Splash of club soda • Cactus flower or Hibiscus (Garnish) Method: 1. Cut a ripe prickly pear fruit(dark red cactus friut) and puree in a blender. Strain it through china cap and save the juice. 2. Bring one cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add four cups of sugar and 1/4 cup of fresh sage. Stir until all sugar is mixed. Mix ingredients. Add cactus flower or hibiscus to garnish.
