| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1 sprig of mint muddle |
| • | Splash of soda water |

| In a mixing glass, muddle the mint. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the soda water, with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks, garnish with mint and lime wheel. | |
