    • 1/2 oz. raspberry vodka
    • 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry,  thawed
    • 1 lime wedge, juiced
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 3 oz. champagne
Method:
1. Combine first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
2. Strain into a flute and top with champagne.
3. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
