    • 2 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Square One Vodka
    • 1/2 oz. D Aristi Xtabentun Honey Liqueur
    • 2 1/2 oz. ginger ale
    • 1 bar spoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • ½ lime, juiced
    • 4 mint leaves
Method:
1. Place ingredients (except for ginger ale) into pint glass. Shake in Boston shaker with ice. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with ginger and sprig of mint. Serve.
