    • 3/4 cup Charbay Vanilla Bean Rum
    • 3/4 cup Cognac
    • 1/2 cup Cocchi Americano
    • 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 3/4 cup sparkling wine
    • 3/4 cup lemon
    • 8 dashes allspice dram
Method:
1. Combine ingredients into a punch bowl. Garnish with fruit on top with grated nutmeg. Serve.
