| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | sesame chile oil (garnish and rim) |
| • | sugar (rim) |
| • | star anise (garnish) |
| • | powdered ginger (garnish) |

| 1. | In a mixing glass combine with ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Serve up in a martini glass with sesame chile oil and sugar rim. Garnish with 3 drops of sesame oil, star anise and pinch of powdered ginger. |
