| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. cinnamon honey (cinnamon infused honey) |
| • | 1/2 oz hibiscus tea |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh squeeze lime juice |
| • | 1 cinnamon stick (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Pour all the ingredients in the mixing glass, add Ice, shake for ten seconds and double strained in a rock glass, put one square ice cube in to the rock glass. Garnish with one cinnamon stick. |
