Rosey Peach1 drink |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Beefeater Gin |
| • | 3/4 oz. triple sec |
| • | 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
| • | 3 slices of fresh yellow peach |
| • | juice of 1/4 of a lime |
| • | 1 sprig of rosemary, de-stemmed |
| • | yellow peach slice (for garnish) |

| 1. | Muddle the peach slices in the lime juice and White Peach puree. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a yellow peach slice. Serve. |
