| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass, except Champagne, and add ice. Shake and serve up in a chilled champagne glass, top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist. |
