    • 2 oz. Rittenhouse Rye
    • .5 oz.  The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
    • .25 oz. agave syrup
    • .5 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 2 oz. Fever Tree ginger beer
    • 2 dashes BitterCube Orange Bitters
    • 8 large mint leaves
Method:
1. Put all but the ginger beer into a shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice.  Add 2 oz. of ginger beer. garnish with a healthy bunch of fresh mint.
