    • 1 1/4 oz. North Shore Vodka
    • 1 oz. Pure Snow Nigori Sake
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree,  thawed
    • 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
    • dash of fresh lime and lemon juices
    • 3 dashes of orange bitters
    • orange slice (for garnish)
Method:
1. Combine vodka, sake, Apricot Puree and juices into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Add 3 dashes of orange bitters and one orange slice for garnish. Serve.
