    • 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
    • 2 drops habanero tincture (infuse 375 ml of Tequila with 2 chopped habaneros)
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 1/4 oz. agave nectar
    • chili powder mix
Method:
1. Press 6 to 8 mint leaves in the bottom of a Collins glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Shake liquids and then fine strain into the Collins glass. Top with more crushed ice. Sprinkle chili powder over the top of ice and garnish with a mint crown.
