| • | 2 oz. Square One™ Organic Vodka |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 shake ground cardamom |
| • | 5 twists black pepper |
| • | 1 pinch ground nutmeg |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1 egg white |
| Method: | |
| . | Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Cover and dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds. Add ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain up into glass, allowing foam to form. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve. |
