| • | 1 oz. Blood Orange and Pineapple Tepache |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. lemon |
| • | 3/4 oz. sparkling wine (Brut) |
| • | 2 oz. grapefruit soda |
| • | 1 dash cocoa nib tincture or chocolate bitters |
| Method: | |
| Combine all ingredients (except the grapefruit soda) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into an iced highball glass. Top with grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel. | |
