Sicilian Spritzer with Vodka

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose L’Orange vodka
    • 3 oz. Fever-Tree® Ginger Ale
    • 1/8 oz. Balsamic vinaigrette
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/4 oz. clover honey
    • 3 Basil leaves (muddle)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass muddle fresh basil. Add Grey Goose L’Orange, Blood Orange Concentrate, vinaigrette, fresh lemon and honey. Add ice and shake well with Boston Shaker. Pour over the rocks into a wine glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and slice of lemon or Blood Orange if available. Serve.
